Through face-to-face or telephone based training sessions we can show you and your team how to add and edit pages, products and news items easily. Our system offers image manipulation features as well as revision control so pages can be rolled back to previous versions. 

We can provide multiple logins and with different levels of access so staff can focus on a specific task. This also enables you to ‘proof manage’ content additions to prevent unsuitable content being published to your audience.

Support and Maintenance

The internet is constantly changing and most website platforms benefit from being kept upgraded to the latest version. WordPress for example operates a clear vulnerability check and is supported by a large community, monitoring and contributing to safeguarding it from threats. When threats are discovered the easiest way to combat them is often with a new version release.

A lot of our clients ask us to carry out scheduled maintenance to ensure their website runs at optimum speed and is kept up-to-date.

We offer maintenance on a fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Maintenance can include additional time for training tops-ups and development changes.

We are also on hand to assist with renewing your domain names or setting up email accounts on your desktop, tablets and mobile devices.
